I want to hit the beach! Gosh, it's already the end of March and I still haven't felt the coolness of fine, white sand on my feet. My family isn't up to going to beaches (I know, KJ. They prefer cooler areas and swimming pools.) so friends, you're my only hope!

When people are chronic liars, are they considered sick or mentally incapacitated? Is irresponsibility a disease? I am kind of hoping that the answers to both my questions are yeses. That makes it more logical and thus, acceptable. But of course, if they are ailments, I suppose they can still be treated, right?

Legally, no. Haha, I know that's not what you're asking. But think about it this way: If chronic liars were considered mentally incapacitated, then there goes every single marriage in the country. Hah :D
